Job summary

Leads Icon is seeking a remote video content creator to develop high-quality short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You will use AI to speed production, generate new scenes, and improve engagement while maintaining strong storytelling and brand voice.

Responsibilities include crafting hooks, concepts, and variations, performing traditional editing, and blending AI scenes with live-action footage. This is a full-time, fully remote role with Monday–Friday work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience creating AI-assisted video content for social ads.
• Ability to craft hooks and variations for short-form formats.
• Familiarity with Meta/TikTok ads and performance marketing.

Responsibilities
