AgileEngine is seeking a UX/UI Designer to support end-to-end interface and interaction design for a content platforms team. You will lead technical design for rebranding initiatives, partner with web teams on content management system solutions, and incorporate user research throughout the design process.

This role works closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring scalable, data-informed designs to life.

Formación

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in product user experience and user interface design.
• Proven experience with CMS or similar web infrastructure.
• Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with web development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Cursor, or similar tools.
• A portfolio showing modern UI/UX designs for end-to-end products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical efforts for rebranding initiatives across web properties and systems.
• Collaborate with web teams to design, implement, and maintain UCMS solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable, data-informed UI implementations.
• Support A/B testing and experiments with cross-team coordination.
• Incorporate user research to reflect end-user needs in designs.
• Create sketches, wireframes, process flows, and prototypes.
• Apply the platform's design language and patterns in the final UI.
• Monitor web performance related to UCMS, experiments, and rebranding.
• Articulate information architecture, workflows, and UX processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management to ensure continuous development.
