AgileEngine is seeking a UX/UI Designer to guide end-to-end interface and interaction design for a content platforms team. You will lead rebranding efforts, partner with web teams on UCMS solutions, and weave user research into scalable, data-informed designs with product, engineering, and marketing partners.

You will contribute to sketches, wireframes, and prototypes while applying the platform’s design language.

Formación

• Degree in HCI, information design, graphic design, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional UX/UI experience.
• Proven CMS experience or similar web infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Familiarity with web development practices.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma or Cursor.
• Portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX for end-to-end products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end interface and interaction design for content platforms.
• Drive rebranding initiatives and ensure consistency across properties.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to implement scalable designs.
• Support A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
• Contribute sketches, wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
• Maintain UCMS-related design language and patterns.
• Articulate information architecture and user workflows.
• Work with teams to enable seamless development and deployment.
