AgileEngine is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end interface and interaction design for a content platforms team. You will drive rebranding efforts, partner with web teams on UCMS solutions, and embed user research throughout the design process to deliver scalable, data-informed designs.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to create modern UIs, participate in A/B testing, and ensure performance across web properties.

Formación

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in product user experience and user interface design.
• Proven experience working with CMS or similar web infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication across teams to translate technical and business requirements.
• Familiarity with web development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Cursor, or other prototyping tools.
• A design portfolio showing modern UIs and end-to-end product solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical efforts for rebranding and ensure consistency across web properties.
• Collaborate with web teams to design, implement, and maintain UCMS solutions for content management.
• Translate requirements into scalable UI implementations with product and engineering.
• Support A/B testing and coordinate data-driven decisions across teams.
• Incorporate user research to reflect end-user voices in design.
• Create sketches, wireframes, flows, and prototypes to drive discussions.
• Apply design language and patterns to final UI across platforms.
• Monitor web performance related to UCMS, experiments, and rebranding.
