INGEPSY is seeking a Junior UX Designer in Bogotá to design interfaces and interactions that improve user experiences and enable technology adoption for clients across industries. You’ll work with senior experts and contribute to global technology transformation projects involving BIP teams.

You will design across the UX lifecycle, conduct basic user research, and create clear deliverables for client audiences while aligning with existing design systems.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Design, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Design user experiences for corporate tools serving both internal and external users.
• Conduct basic user research to understand real user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Build journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities to improve tool adoption.
• Design functional mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the design handoff and implementation process.
• Measure and analyze adoption and user satisfaction metrics.

We're a global consulting firm with a local team - and we're looking for a Junior UX Designer in Bogotá who's ready to design experiences that drive the adoption of corporate tools, work alongside senior experts, and build a career in user experience with real impact.

From day one, you'll be doing real work on real projects - designing interfaces and interactions that improve user experiences and enable the adoption of technology solutions for clients across different industries. You'll also collaborate with BIP teams across the globe on technology transformation engagements.

What You'll Do

You'll work hands-on across the UX design lifecycle - from understanding user needs and mapping journeys to designing, prototyping, and supporting the delivery of digital experiences.

More specifically:

• Design user experiences for corporate tools serving both internal and external users
• Conduct basic user research to understand real user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Build journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities to improve tool adoption
• Design functional mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to and maintain consistency with existing design systems
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the design handoff and implementation process
• Measure and analyze adoption and user satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with local and global BIP teams on technology transformation projects
• Build sharp, clear deliverables and presentations for client audiences

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Background in Design, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Visual Communication, or related fields
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English

What You Bring

• Solid proficiency in Figma, including interface design, components, and interactive prototyping
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user research, journey mapping, and information architecture
• Ability to create functional mockups that clearly communicate product ideas and user flows
• Understanding of user experience and the factors that drive adoption of digital tools
• Basic knowledge of accessibility principles
• Strong analytical thinking
• Business sense — you understand that design exists to solve a problem, not as an end in itself
• Clear, confident communication — in the room and in writing
• Genuine curiosity and a drive to keep learning
• A team player who also knows how to take ownership of their work

Experience with design systems, user research tools, adoption and satisfaction metrics, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus and can help you collaborate more effectively with development teams.
