Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager UX Designer to lead UX on a program from kickoff through launch. You will own user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing, with most work in Discovery, Definition, and Design phases.

You’ll join a small, senior core team and contribute as an individual contributor while collaborating with Product, Architecture, and Delivery roles to keep UX decisions aligned with overall delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7-8+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience defining user journeys and journey mapping.
• Experience designing information architecture.
• Experience producing wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Experience planning and running usability tests.
• Experience leading UX direction as an individual contributor.
• Ability to work in a small, senior team alongside product and delivery management.

Aufgaben

• Define user journeys for the program during Discovery and Definition.
• Structure the information architecture of the solution.
• Produce wireframes translating journeys into screen-level design.
• Build prototypes in Figma to validate design decisions.
• Plan and run usability testing and apply findings to design.
• Coordinate with Experience Lead, Product Manager, and Technical Architect to align UX with product and delivery.
