Job summary

Zimmer Biomet’s Paragon 28 brand is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to shape software experiences for healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and software engineers to deliver intuitive, compliant interfaces that support patient mobility and clinical workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong portfolios, and proficiency in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. This role emphasizes regulated environments and a patient-centric user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX or related field.
2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design.
Healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize digital interfaces for software products.
Translate complex user needs and clinical workflows into intuitive designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement user-centric designs.
Maintain visual consistency across platforms per Paragon 28 brand standards.
Monitor usability post-launch and iterate designs accordingly.
Contribute to the evolution of the design system and brand guidelines.
