Power Digital Marketing Colombia is hiring a Creator Specialist to own UGC campaigns from briefing to delivery. You will collaborate with clients, strategists, and creators to turn content concepts into assets while keeping projects on track and aligned with brand goals.

You will manage internal creator databases, optimize workflows, and explore new formats. Remote-friendly, with a focus on scalable, data-driven content growth.

Formación

• Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
• Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns, onboarding to delivery.
• Build and maintain creative briefs with strategists and clients.
• Oversee all deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Recruit and manage internal creator database and relationships.
• Match creators to campaign needs and goals.
• Guide creators with resources and quality expectations.
• Improve processes and experiment with new content formats.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance operations.
