Influur, a fast-growing startup redefining influencer marketing through data and AI, seeks a Treasury & FinOps Manager to own treasury, AR/AP, collections, and the seller relationship.

Stage 1 is 80% operational and 20% strategic, with expansion into banking, debt and working capital in Stage 2. The role offers remote work, exposure to fintech projects, and a high-ownership team environment.

Formación

• Real experience in financial operations or treasury.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts receivable and payable full cycle, current and traceable.
• Collections strategy and follow-up to shorten cycles.
• Seller relationship: coordination, collections, and resolution.
• Cash management with daily visibility and reconciliations.
• Payment calendar and treasury execution: vendor and seller payments, on time and organized.
• Operational banking relationship and coordination with banks.
• Process automation and AI to scale treasury operations.
• Controls and reporting: documented, current, and reliable treasury.

We are looking for an amazing Treasury & FinOps Manager that own Influur's treasury and financial operations: cash, collections, payments, AR/AP, and theseller relationship. The goal: keep financial operations flawless, automated, and up to date,without the CFO having to chase.

Role transition

• Stage 1 (now): 80% operational / 20% strategic. Focus on running treasury operationsfrictionlessly and automating them.
• Stage 2 (with performance and a mature function): 60% operational / 40% strategic. The role grows into the strategic layer: banking, debt, working capital, andinvestments.

Operational responsibilities (the core)

• Accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP): full cycle, current and traceable.
• Collections strategy and follow-up: a living process, with a shorter collection cycle.
• Seller relationship: day-to-day coordination, collections, and resolution.
• Cash management: daily visibility, reconciliations, nothing loose.
• Payment calendar and treasury execution: vendor and seller payments, on time andorganized.
• Operational banking relationship: accounts, movements, and coordination with banks.
• Process automation and AI: use technology and AI to scale the operation (key atInfluur).
• Controls and reporting: documented, current, and reliable treasury.

Strategic layer (grows in Stage 2)

• Banking and debt strategy (ALCO committee).
• Working capital and 2 to 3 year cash flow projections.
• Cash optimization and investments (crypto and wallet project).
• Fintech projects.

First 90 days

• Collections current: a live follow-up process running, with a shorter collection cycle.

• First automations of the operation (AR/AP and collections).
