Job summary

Ten Group seeks a Travel Agent to design and book bespoke luxury travel experiences for members worldwide. You will use your destination expertise and exceptional customer service to craft tailor-made itineraries while building trusted relationships with our members.

You will research hotels, flights, destination services, car rentals, and experiences, negotiating with suppliers to balance value and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced English and French; luxury travel experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in travel consulting, concierge services, or a DMC is required.
• Strong knowledge of major cities and luxury hotels, airlines, car providers, and tour operators.

Responsibilities

• Design and book bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to members' needs.
• Research and recommend hotels, flights, destination services, car rentals, and travel experiences worldwide.
• Build strong relationships with members through personalized, consultative service.
• Source competitive travel options balancing value, quality and commercial objectives.
• Manage bookings from enquiry through confirmation with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve travel issues professionally and contribute to service improvement.
• Stay up to date on destinations, trends, and luxury travel products.

• Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Experience with Amadeus or another GDS.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations and the luxury travel industry is desirable.
