Ten Group in Colombia and Mexico is seeking a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to design and book bespoke journeys for our members worldwide. You’ll combine destination knowledge with concierge-style service to craft unforgettable itineraries and build trusted relationships.

We offer hybrid or fully remote options depending on location, a collaborative global team, and opportunities to grow in luxury travel, with access to the latest products and a strong support network.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury travel, travel consulting, concierge services, or a Destination Management Company (DMC).
• Strong knowledge of major cities and luxury hotels worldwide.
• Experience with Amadeus or another GDS; knowledge of IATA regulations is desirable.

Mansioni

• Design and book bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to members' needs.
• Research and recommend hotels, flights, destination services, car rentals, and travel experiences worldwide.
• Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized, consultative service.
• Source competitive travel options while balancing value, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Manage bookings from enquiry through confirmation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve travel issues professionally and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced English
• Advanced German
• Experience in luxury travel, travel consulting, concierge services, or a Destination Management Company (DMC).
• Strong knowledge of major cities and holiday destinations around the world, including luxury hotels, airlines, rental car providers, DMCs, and specialist tour operators.
• Passion for creating personalized travel experiences and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating with suppliers.
• Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Experience with Amadeus or another GDS.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations and the luxury travel industry is desirable.
