Nexans Colombia is seeking a junior quotations analyst to prepare and submit competitive bids across technical and commercial dimensions, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.

You will collaborate with legal, manufacturing, sales, finance and procurement to optimize margins, maintain tender eligibility on customer platforms, and support market development aligned with corporate strategy.

• Analyze cost data to support decisions and design changes.
• Monitor offer-conversion rates and customer-service indicators.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue quotations at SAM level, maximizing profitability.
• Prepare and submit tenders, including reviewing tender documents, coordinating documentation, calculating quotations and uploading bids to customer platforms before deadlines.
• Support tender reviews with legal, technical, manufacturing, sales, finance and procurement stakeholders.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses of offers and tenders and propose improvements.
• Create and administer price lists.
• Filter technical and commercial quotation requests in MyCRM and define the appropriate process flow.
• Prepare price and margin proposals for approval by quotation management, commercial management, CFO BUA and/or VP B&T Southern–Andeans.
• Perform periodic price adjustments for contracts and quotations.
• Conduct cost analyses and simulations to support decisions and design changes.
• Manage offer-status updates through sales representatives.
• Monitor offer-conversion rates, performance and response indicators.
• Analyze customer and market data to anticipate demand and understand prior decisions.
• Build customer relationships, gather feedback and coordinate with customer service.
• Negotiate quotations that meet customer and Nexans interests.
• Develop and personalize offer-promotion approaches for customers.
• Support sales-budget preparation through margin inputs.
• Support customer and new-market development in line with corporate strategy.
• Update customer platforms for MTO projects to maintain tender eligibility.
• Participate in contract reviews concerning pricing and tender conditions.
• Propose additional offers and identify sustainable offers aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• Junior professional level – up to 5 years
• Experience preparing and issuing quotations considering technical, commercial, legal, financial and logistical aspects
• Experience preparing and submitting tenders and bids
• Ability to read tender documents and collect and complete documentation with multiple company departments
• Experience using customer tender platforms
• Experience supporting tender reviews with legal, technical, manufacturing, sales, finance and procurement teams
• Experience conducting post-mortem analyses of bids and tenders
• Experience managing price lists
• Experience using MyCRM for technical and commercial quotation requests
• Knowledge of pricing, margins, cost analysis and simulations
• Experience with periodic contract or quotation price adjustments
• Experience monitoring offer-conversion rates and customer-service performance indicators
• Customer and market data-analysis skills
