Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Traffic Coordinator to act as a central point of communication between clients and internal teams. This role focuses on ensuring clarity, managing communication, and keeping projects moving efficiently across departments (SEO, Paid Ads, Design, Web, Social, and AI teams).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys coordinating workflows in a structured, professional environment.

Client Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and updates
• Gather complete and accurate information (requests, feedback, approvals)
• Ensure timelines, expectations, and deliverables are clearly communicated

Internal Coordination

• Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams
• Assign and track tasks using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Follow up to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate when necessary

Workflow & Process Management

• Maintain accurate tracking and updates in project management systems
• Ensure work follows internal processes, checklists, and quality standards
• Keep communication organized across Slack, email, and project tools

Quality & Accountability

• Verify deliverables align with client expectations before completion
• Ensure deadlines, feedback, and approvals are properly tracked
• Maintain clear documentation of communications and updates

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience working with clients (agency experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
