Sycomp is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive enterprise tech initiatives across Oracle ERP, Salesforce, integrations, reporting, and emerging AI solutions. You will establish governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery with stakeholder visibility.

Reporting to the Director of ERP, you will coordinate with vendors, oversee UAT, training and change management, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or programs.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience with multi-country deployments or transformation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain project governance, delivery processes, and reporting standards.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, planning, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile delivery cycles, sprint planning, and release management.
• Provide weekly portfolio reporting and executive-ready status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.
• Manage implementation partners, vendors, and third-party resources.
• Maintain project documentation, including charters, project plans, decision logs, and post-project reviews.
• Continuously improve delivery processes through automation and AI-enabled reporting tools.

Sycomp is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across Oracle ERP, Salesforce, integrations, reporting, and emerging AI solutions. Reporting to the Director of ERP, this role will establish project governance, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear stakeholder visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or programs.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Boomi, or similar enterprise platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe certification.
• Experience supporting multi-country deployments or transformation programs.
• Consulting or systems integration experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
