• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs within software engineering.
• Experience coordinating delivery cadence across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong reporting on portfolio health, delivery risks, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and backlog governance.

Are you a Senior Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of engineering execution, automation, and compliance?

Join a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environment where you'll drive the operating rhythm across multiple engineering teams, own portfolio health, and help scale delivery through automation and data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs within software engineering organizations
• Proven experience coordinating delivery cadence across multiple engineering teams
• Advanced expertise with Jira & Confluence, including: JQL, Automation, Plans & Hierarchies, Custom Fields, Backlog Governance
• Strong technical skills, including: SQL, Python or other scripting languages, Automation tooling, Dashboard creation and reporting
• Experience owning: Sprint planning and execution, Backlog management and hygiene, Intake and triage processes, Cross-functional program delivery
• Strong ability to provide executive-level reporting on: Portfolio health, Delivery risks, Capacity planning and Engineering investment analysis.
• Experience leading vulnerability remediation and security-focused initiatives
• Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
• Experience partnering with: Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit and Engineering Leadership.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Banking FinTech, Healthcare, Insurance, or similar environments.

Nice to Have

• Payments, Credit Cards, Lending, or Consumer Finance experience
• Experience with Datadog, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, or similar engineering platforms
• Security vulnerability management programs
• Data visualization and dashboard development (Streamlit or similar)
• Experience building intake processes and operational frameworks from scratch
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and automate workflows.

A hands-on, highly technical TPM who enjoys building operational excellence at scale. Someone who can confidently navigate engineering, compliance, security, and executive stakeholders while leveraging automation, data, and AI to keep teams aligned and delivering impact.
