• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs within software engineering.
• Experience coordinating delivery cadence across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong reporting on portfolio health, delivery risks, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and backlog governance.

Responsabilidades

• Sprint planning and execution across multiple teams.
• Backlog management and hygiene, intake and triage processes.
• Cross-functional program delivery with risk and compliance teams.
• Executive-level reporting on portfolio health and delivery risks.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and security-focused initiatives.
• Incidence management, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Engineering Leadership.
