Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Technical Product Manager/PM/PO role with software teams.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and delivery planning.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and commitments.
• Strong project management to track risks, dependencies and timelines.
• Solid understanding of web app security and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Able to translate security findings into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication for status reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• High ownership to lift critical risks or delays and English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the security remediation backlog.
• Coordinate remediation across engineering, QA, security, and business stakeholders.
• Translate findings into clear requirements, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive vulnerabilities through analysis, remediation, testing, release, and closure.
• Prioritize remediation by severity, risk, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Track progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and commitments.
• Coordinate validation of findings from SAST, SCA, and DAST tools.
