Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Automation Tester in Colombia to drive Java-based test automation. You will implement and maintain Selenium-based UI tests, validate REST APIs, and verify security fixes within CI/CD workflows. Strong English communication is required for collaboration across multinational teams.

You will contribute to test coverage improvements, work with Veracode or similar tools, and help ensure software quality aligns with business needs and security standards.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of hands-on Java-driven test automation.
• Solid Selenium experience and REST API validation.
• CI/CD integration experience and security-focused testing.
• Knowledge of OWASP risk areas and remediation validation.
• SQL/database validation and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, build out, and sustain automated testing scripts in Java.
• Maintain UI-level automation with Selenium framework.
• Test REST APIs and backend services; validate security fixes.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests post patches.
• Use Veracode or similar tools to verify security findings.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to improve coverage and quality.
