TalentBridge Consulting LLC is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Developer to own the technical evolution of Microsoft Navision Business Central. You will work with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust ERP solutions, oversee stability, performance, and migration from on-prem to SaaS.

The role involves documenting requirements, implementing Navision BC solutions, providing user support, and leading training plans while coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

Formación

• Experience gathering and documenting ERP requirements.
• Strong design and implementation skills in Navision Business Central.
• Ability to provide end-user support and promote ERP best practices.
• Experience maintaining and scaling ERP platforms.
• Leading on-premise to SaaS migrations.
• Implementing monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external providers.
• Designing ERP training plans.

About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead / Senior Developer to own the technical evolution of Microsoft Navision Business Central. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust ERP solutions, provide expert support to users, and lead the platform’s stability, performance, and migration journey from on‑prem to SaaS.

Requirements

• Identify, analyze, and document ERP business requirements.
• Design and implement technical solutions in Navision Business Central.
• Provide user support and promote best ERP practices.
• Maintain, optimize, and scale the ERP platform.
• Lead migration from on‑premise to SaaS.
• Implement monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
• Design and deliver ERP training plans.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong experience with Navision BC (on‑prem & SaaS).
• 5+ years programming with C/AL and/or AL.
• ERP consulting and requirement analysis experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
