Evolution Gaming Limited is seeking a Change Management Compliance Specialist to support monitoring, control, and implementation of CMP procedures. You will ensure regulatory compliance across markets, analyze requirements, and provide technical compliance guidance to minimize risk.

The role requires experience in the gaming industry, familiarity with Live and RNG verticals, and strong English communication.

Formación

1–2 years of technical compliance experience in iGaming or similar role.
Understanding of iGaming regulatory/legislative frameworks.
Ability to read and interpret regulatory requirements for multiple jurisdictions.
Understanding of game setup, IT development processes, and system integrations.
Experience with change management processes and regulatory submissions.
A university degree in information systems or computer science is essential.
Excellent English skills, written and spoken; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Ensure compliance with change management regulations across markets.
Monitor, control and report changes to regulators and operators for all markets.
Communicate with regulatory authorities and test labs for approvals and compliance.
Own control systems and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CMP compliance and risk management.
Coordinate procedures across brands and markets; assess and revise existing policies.
Investigate CMP compliance in new regulated markets and develop solutions.
Support automation of processes where possible and maintain a knowledge base of CMP procedures.
Prepare internal and external reports; provide training as needed.
