Job summary

Evolution Gaming is seeking a Change Management Compliance role based in Colombia. You will monitor and implement change management procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical compliance advice across live and RNG verticals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical compliance experience in iGaming or similar gaming industry.
• Understanding of iGaming regulatory frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Understanding of games setup, IT development processes, and system integrations.
• Experience with change management processes.
• A university degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is essential.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of industry best practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with change management regulations across markets.
• Monitor, control and report changes to regulators and operators for all markets.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and test labs for approvals and ensure CMP regulatory requirements are met.
• Own control systems and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CMP compliance and manage risks.
• Integrate procedures across brands for all markets.
• Assess and revise procedures and stakeholders in established markets.
• Investigate CMP compliance in new regulated markets and develop solutions.
• Implement automation of processes where possible.
• Maintain up-to-date library of CMP processes and procedures.
• Prepare internal and external reports as appropriate.
• Provide training as needed.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.
