Zoomlion Colombia seeks a senior tax leader to head the tax strategy, planning, and compliance in Colombia. You will ensure accurate accounting records, align with DIAN and municipal regulations, and manage internal tax audits while mitigating risks.

You will oversee tax returns, audits, and DIAN interactions, and lead IFRS/NIIF tax accounting and reconciliations. A strong background in ERP systems and BI tools is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and accounting in corporate environments in Colombia.
• Strong background in tax auditing (internal tax audits or tax-focused audits).
• Expert knowledge of Colombian Tax Code and municipal tax codes; DIAN MUISCA familiarity.

Mansioni

• Plan and conduct internal tax audits across all tax filings to identify compliance risks before submissions to DIAN and municipal tax offices.
• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of national and local tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, Municipal Tax, Transfer Pricing).
• Act as primary focal point for DIAN audits, inspections, and formal responses, plus audit requests from the statutory auditor.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries for tax provisions, withholdings, and accruals under IFRS/NIIF.
• Calculate, record, and disclose Deferred Tax under IFRS/NIIF.
• Structure and manage the department's schedule according to the Colombian Tax Calendar.
• Keep the team updated on local tax reforms, legal decrees, and DIAN rulings.
