We are looking for a Talent Performance Analyst whose mission will be to drive organizational growth and efficiency through performance analysis, strategic metrics, and data-driven insights that strengthen employee development, organizational culture, and continuous improvement across the company.

This role will be responsible for designing and monitoring performance indicators, analyzing employee and organizational data, creating dashboards and executive reports, supporting performance evaluation processes, and providing actionable recommendations to leaders to improve team engagement, productivity, and decision-making.

We are looking for professionals with +3 years of experience in performance management, HR analytics, or organizational development, strong analytical and reporting skills, experience with dashboards and data analysis tools such as Power BI, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies, multicultural environments, and continuous improvement practices is highly valued. B2 English
