Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join our HR team. You will lead the Talent Acquisition team, shaping strategy for technical and non-technical openings, and collaborating with clients to identify staffing needs.

• Propose improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.

This professional will lead the Talent Acquisition team, identifying and assessing the different profiles (Technical and Non-technical) required by BairesDev and its clients. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with excellent organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail. What You’ll Do
