Job summary

IntelliBee seeks a Data/Information Architect to analyze real estate, fleet, and financial data, supporting admin initiatives with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python and SAS.

The role includes developing in MS SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and related environments, plus Tableau dashboard support and CRM tasks across Salesforce, Zendesk and HubSpot. You will participate in SDLC processes and promote data-driven efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Math/Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools is required.
• Experience in CRM development and support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support admin management initiatives using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SAS.
• Develop in database environments such as MS SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or similar.
• Assist with support of Tableau environment and public-facing dashboards.
• Perform development and/or support in CRM such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot.
• Participate in SDLC and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps.
• Provide data-focused strategies that add value and promote efficiency.

Data/Information Architect

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

• PERFORM DATA ANALYSIS ON REAL ESTATE, FLEET METRICS, AND FINANCIAL DATA TO SUPPORT ADMIN MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES UTILIZING TOOLS SUCH AS EXCEL, TABLEAU, MS POWER BI, R, PYTHON, SAS.


• PERFORM DEVELOPMENT IN DATABASE ENVIRONMENTS SUCH AS MS SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT, AZURE SYNAPSE, OR SIMILAR ENVIRONMENTS.


• ASSIST WITH SUPPORT OF TABLEAU ENVIRONMENT AND ASSOCIATED PUBLIC-FACING DASHBOARDS.


• PERFORM DEVELOPMENT AND/OR SUPPORT IN CRM SUCH AS SALESFORCE, ZENDESK,HUBSPOT.


• PARTICIPATE IN OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE AND METHODOLOGIES SUCH AS WATERFALL, AGILE, SCRUM, LEAN, DEVOPS.


• PROVIDE DATA-FOCUSED STRATEGIES WHICH ADD VALUE TO ORGANIZATION AND PROMOTE EFFICIENCY.
