ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to design, implement, and maintain SQL/SAS and Power BI–based solutions.

You will partner with product analysts, data scientists, and business users to translate needs into end-to-end data tasks and scalable ETL pipelines. The role requires strong SQL/SAS skills, data warehousing knowledge, and experience in managing client engagements across dual shores.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in SAS and SQL
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Insurance domain experience is beneficial
• Experience managing clients directly in dual-shore engagements

Responsabilidades

Role & Responsibilities Overview:

• Play a crucial role in implementing, improving and maintaining SQL/SAS and Power BI-based solutions:
  • Partner with product analysts, data scientists, business users, clients and others to understand their needs and come up with an end-to-end solution
  • Translate business requirements to actionable data tasks o Design and develop scalable turn-key ETL pipelines
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS & Data Warehousing concepts. Hands-on experience in SQL and SAS
• Create data model for BI/Analytics needs that will help the customer answer business questions for identified use case

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
• 2+ Years of relevant work experience in SAS and SQL
• Power Bi is good to have
• Working experience in the Insurance domain is good to have
• Experience in working in dual shore engagement and must have experience in managing clients directly.
• Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and a hands-on entrepreneurial approach to work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast pace, continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
• Can understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
