Zoomcar is looking for a Systems Engineer to collaborate with sales representatives in Enterprise Accounts in Bogotá, Colombia. The Systems Engineer will assist during pre-sales and sales calls, providing technical insights and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in networking technologies and encryption. They will support the sales organization on technical matters, while helping to resolve customer issues effectively.

Formación

• Experience in pre-sales assistance for qualifying sales leads.
• Experience in handling sales calls and addressing customer issues.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Lead technical contact for technical issues post-sales.

Field sales experience

Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN knowledge

Network Security and Intrusion Detection skills

Educación

Certifications: CCIE, CISSP (nice to have)

Skills & Qualifications

• Field sales experience.
• Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
• Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
• Experience with Wireless technologies, deploying, supporting and doing site surveys.
• Solid understanding of Wireless Authentication technologies
• Exceptional understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus.
• Solid understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required
• Certifications: CCIE, CISSP (nice to have)

Job duties and responsibilities

• Pre-sales - assistance in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.
• Provide assistance to identify customers with post-sales training

Overview

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory with Enterprise Accounts. Your main mission as Systems Engineer will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
