Reformation is a global fashion brand seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive sales, lead a busy store floor, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role supports merchandising, staff training, and loss prevention while maintaining inventory accuracy. Daily hours range from 30 to 40 hours weekly, with full flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example to build clientele and customer retention.
• Deliver excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Contribute to in-store tech experiences that delight customers.
• Maintain high customer experience feedback scores (NPS).
• Act as brand ambassador and uphold brand values.
• Manage inventory controls and cycle counts; oversee inbound/outbound stock.
• Track store metrics and use insights to improve performance.
