Nordicrecruiters in Bogotá is seeking a Surveillance Controller to monitor live operations in real time, enforce security protocols, and help safeguard fairness and integrity across our 24/7 live-gaming environment.

You will analyze surveillance data, report trends, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams. English proficiency, analytical mindset, and ability to work nights and weekends are required; training and development are provided.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical, analytical, or business-related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to spot patterns, assess risks, and make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.

• Document all observations, incidents, and process deviations accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Support daily operational tasks and assist initiatives led by supervisors or managers to reinforce a secure, efficient environment.
