Medtronic is seeking a Supply Planner to manage demand and supply planning activities, ensuring product availability and inventory optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with launches and network redesigns, driving data-driven improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of planning experience, and strong communication skills, with SAP and Power BI knowledge considered advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and manage long-term supply chain strategies and networks to address capacity and production location decisions.
• Support programs and initiatives including forecasts, events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
• Monitor SO&P performance indicators and cost-to-serve data; coordinate cross-functional teams to improve supply chain initiatives.

A Day in the Life

Responsible for managing supply planning activities to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and customer service objectives. Partners with cross-functional teams to balance demand and supply, identify risks and constraints, support product launches, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain through data-driven planning and execution.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
• Support business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns
• Monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 or more years of relevant demand or supply planning experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Communication and Influence: Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts.
• External interactions are less complex or problem solving in nature.
• SAP Experience and knowledge
• Knowledge with SAP PR1 & SAP APO is advantageous
• Knowledge in S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) is advantageous
• Experience in Power BI navigation and report analysis is advantageous
