GCG, a long-standing regional leader in aviation and dining solutions, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the assigned shift, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to customer specifications. The role emphasizes teamwork across production lines, logistics, and quality control.

You will review airline and industrial orders, communicate updates to the production team, and ensure proper handover at shift change. Strong organization, problem solving, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shift operation to meet delivery times, quality, and client specs.
• Review and verify airline and industrial orders and ensure correct quantities.
• Communicate order details to production team to guarantee timely delivery in the holding box.
• Perform shift handover to the incoming supervisor and report all updates.
• Generate production line schedules according to standardized work.
• Identify rework and overproduction and coordinate corrective actions across areas.
• Track internal delivery agreements to ensure KPI compliance.

We are committed to elevating travel & culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region.Supervisar la operación del turno asignado, cumpliendo con los tiempos de entrega, calidad y especificaciones del cliente.Revisar y verificar la información de los pedidos de aerolínea e industrial, fijándose muy bien en las cantidades solicitadas en los pedidos. Comunicar ésta información al equipo de producción y asegurar la entrega en el holding box en tiempo y cantidad.Realizar entrega de turno al Supervisor entrante, informando todas las novedades.Generar entrega de bancos de producción y garantizar que al final del turno los cuartos fríos se entregan ordenados y limpios.Generar hoja de programación de cada línea de proceso de área de acuerdo al trabajo estandarizado.Identificar reprocesos y la sobreproducción de alimentos en proceso e informar entre áreas para generar planes de acción.Realizar seguimiento a los acuerdos de entrega internos entre áreas para garantizar el cumplimiento de KRT.Verificar el correcto uso de la materia prima, insumos y suministros dentro de los centros de producción para evitar desperdicios.Garantizar reuniones de gerenciamiento nivel 1 y asistir a reuniones de gerenciamiento nivel 2.Diligenciamiento diario de indicadores en tableros de gerenciamiento.Embark on a journey with us, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and success.
