TMF Group is seeking a Supervisor Accounting & Tax with strong experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• 7 years of experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Experience in team supervision or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of IFRS and corporate tax regulations.
• English level B2.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of the accounting and tax team.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Manage tax compliance processes, including national and local tax obligations.
• Review tax returns and coordinate tax reporting requirements.
• Lead audits and manage interactions with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax matters.
• Identify risks and implement improvements in accounting, tax, and control processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence.

• Review tax returns and coordinate tax reporting requirements.
• Lead audits and manage interactions with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax matters.
• Identify risks and implement improvements in accounting, tax, and control processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• 7 years of experience in:
• Accounting operations and financial reporting
• General ledger and month-end closing processes
• Tax compliance and reporting
• Financial statement preparation and review
• Proven experience in team supervision or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred).
• Knowledge of corporate tax regulations.
• English level B2.
