Qualifications

• Experience delivering protection and control drawings for substations.
• Strong understanding of relay protection schemes and concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MicroStation for design deliverables.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based utility or consulting projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop electric substation design drawings including SLDs, wiring diagrams, and relay panel layouts.
• Prepare and review protection and control design packages for utility substations.
• Perform calculations such as battery sizing, voltage drop, and conduit fill.
• Apply relay protection schemes for transmission and distribution substations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support field investigations during execution.
