Skechers Colombia SAS is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bogotá to support daily operations and lead a motivated team. You will drive customer satisfaction, boost sales, and maintain store standards.

The ideal candidate has prior assistant managerial experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
