Red Bull in Bogotá seeks a field sales professional to develop a portfolio across Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Impulse outlets in Bogotá and surrounding areas. You will implement merchandising standards, drive product availability, and ensure perfect in-store execution.

You will cover Chía, Cajicá, Madrid and other locations in Cundinamarca, build relationships with retailers, influence orders, and manage admin tasks to support Head Office agreements.

Formación

• University degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record in sales in FMCG/retail.
• Experience with Field Force Automation tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Off-Premise channel (retail, impulse, non-traditional).

To develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Impulse accounts in a given geographical area through the implementation of agreed merchandising standards. Deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products. Ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards.

You’ll be covering Bogotá and surrounding areas, including Chía, Cajicá, Madrid, and other locations across Cundinamarca.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Principal Functions

Coverage of defined database. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory. Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner. The administration and development of designated area. Build great relationships in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited Availability – Influence orders to ensure Red Bull SKU’s are in stock and on display at all times. Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times. Implementation of Perfect Store standards. Secure and (and where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand Placement of POS – ensure POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets visited. Promotional Compliance – ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day. Administration – complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately. Implementation of Head Office agreements.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• University degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Previous experience in FMCG, preferably within branded goods or retail.
• Strong ability to build, manage, and cultivate effective business relationships.
• Strong selling skills, including communication, negotiation, and objection-handling.
• Clear understanding of the Off-Premise channel, including retail, impulse, and non-traditional channels.
• Strong commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial mathematics.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with mobile Field Force Automation tools is preferred.
