Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Risk Regulatory and Credit Officer to stay abreast of developments and guide policy implications.

The role acts as a technical authority across the business, guiding executive management and cross-functional teams on regulatory risk matters, with a focus on Basel, US Fed, Treasury, FDIC and local authorities. You will produce credit and exposure analyses, support local credit processes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, bank and capital markets products.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of legal, regulatory, appraisal, and corporate policies and procedures to ensure business compliance.

Responsabilités

• Communicate to executive management implications of existing and opposed regulation and develop potential responses.
• Provide risk strategic analytics and information management across Citibank products.
• Provide regulatory risk project management support for regulatory solutions delivery (e.g., stress tests, CCAR).
• Perform business analysis to respond to regulatory and business questions and provide portfolio insights.
• Perform data analysis to monitor data quality and completeness.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup and clients by ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Escalate and resolve franchise-level risk issues in a timely manner.
• Support the RMCO for franchise level risk issues.
• Ensure risk oversight at legal vehicles and subsidiaries when used by multiple product groups.
• Produce credit and exposure analyses to keep aggregate risk aligned with credit standing.
