Mastercard is seeking a Manager to drive Network Expansion Strategy, shaping the next generation of network capabilities and new business models. You will build fact-based cases and influence investments across product, tech, and regional teams.

The role requires strategy/consulting experience in payments, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate market and platform dynamics into strategic recommendations. Fluent English and a postgraduate degree are required.

• Strategy or consulting experience in payments or fintech.
• Executive communication and content development for senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Bridge business strategy and technology to scalable products and models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Postgraduate degree and fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve Network Expansion strategy, identifying growth opportunities and new business models.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, strategic recommendations, and executive-level proposals.
• Assess market dynamics, customer needs, and ecosystem opportunities to drive growth.
• Partner with product, engineering, franchise, compliance and regional teams to translate opportunities into viable solutions.
