• Strong project/program management experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience working with PMO teams to track progress, risks, blockers, and reports.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills including experience with SQL.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive rapid iteration cycles and deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program management support for the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs.
• Lead and coordinate regular program and team meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, action items, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain project and program documentation, including status reports, trackers, plans, and key deliverables.
• Track and communicate program progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and key results (KRs).
• Work closely with PMO teams to ensure consistent program tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate change initiatives and support adoption of new processes and expectations.
• Communicate program updates clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Provide overall program coordination and follow-through to keep initiatives on track.
• Identify issues, research, and develop practical solutions.
• Work independently and own assigned programs and deliverables.
• Use data to support decision-making and program reporting.
• Proactively iterate to improve processes for efficiency.
