Tether.io is looking for a Program Manager with extensive experience in the mining industry to oversee strategic initiatives in Central America. The role involves leading multiple mining projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mining project management, a related degree, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. This position offers the opportunity to work in a complex and dynamic environment aligned with corporate objectives and community involvement.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in the mining industry, with 3-5 years managing complex programs.
• Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with government authorities and local communities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead program management for mining initiatives in Central America.
• Define program scope, objectives, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants.
