Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) seeks a full-time Program Manager to advance the PROTECT project across Latin America. You will coordinate activities, engage with private sector partners, and ensure compliance with donor requirements while reporting to the Program Director, Anti-Corruption & Governance Programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, relations, economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of NGO/private sector experience in governance or compliance.
• 4+ years in program management and strategic implementation.
• Knowledge of critical minerals or responsible sourcing is essential.
• Experience in international development and anti-corruption topics.
• Event coordination or multi-stakeholder meetings experience.
• Excellent English writing and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily project implementation and ensure alignment with donor requirements.
• Monitor progress against targets and adjust as needed.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting with regional teams.
• Support outreach to companies, chambers, state-owned enterprises, and associations.
• Maintain relationships with private sector partners and advocacy networks.
• Collect feedback, update databases, and document engagement outcomes.
• Conduct risk mapping and develop integrity roadmaps for procurement.
• Organize high-level convenings, hackathons, and partner meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for events and communications to stakeholders.
• Prepare readouts and follow-up communications for donors and partners.
• Aggregate data for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Monitor regional political/economic changes and impact on CIPE projects.
• Support quarterly reporting with partner data and meeting records.
• Ensure adherence to CIPE and donor compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Communications, Grants, Finance, and regional teams.
• Contribute to external communications and thought leadership.
