ESG Solutions is seeking a results-driven Mining Business Development Manager to grow ESG’s mining accounts across Latin America. You will lead relationships with key operators, identify opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mining-focused business development or sales, strong technical credibility, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Geology, Geophysics, engineering or related field.
• MBA or business credentials are a plus.
• 3-5 years in business development, sales, account management within mining or related industries.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and prospective clients within the mining sector.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and site visits.
• Coordinate customer meetings, gather requirements, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Processing, Operations, IT, and Finance teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Maintain CRM records, opportunity updates, and revenue forecasts.
• Support senior leaders in execution of account plans and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and value.
