RS2 in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to manage client accounts and ensure high satisfaction. You will serve as the central contact, coordinate with sales and product teams, and uphold RS2 contractual obligations with cost-efficient execution.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in a related role, strong English communication, and experience with Google Workspace. Candidates should be organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in a client relationship or similar role.
• Degree in IT/Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Excellent English and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their key personnel.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales.
• Letting customers know about other products/add-ons that RS2 offers in line with company strategy.
• Attending meetings with clients to build close professional relationships.
• Manage calls with clients and compile an action plan shared with stakeholders.
• Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs.
• Working with cross functional teams to manage day-to-day client needs.
• Be the main escalation point for clients.
• Escalating and resolving client concerns.
• Monitoring performance against SLAs and flagging issues.
• Manage and maintain client status trackers.
• Own and respond to client questions.
• Track and monitor all deliverables and liaise with internal departments to fulfill needs.
• Invoice management and timely invoicing to finance.
• Resolve any client aged debt issues.
