BairesDev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to drive a product capability from idea to production. You will provide technical leadership on a Node.js and TypeScript platform hosted on AWS while staying close to the code and user needs.
You will design event-driven microservices, collaborate with end users to shape requirements, and apply AI-assisted development throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring production-health and scalable growth.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of backend development with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience designing event-driven microservices in production.
- Hands-on with AWS-hosted platforms.
- Proven track record deploying software to production and operating it.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong collaboration with end users.
- Advanced English proficiency.
