BairesDev, a global technology company, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to lead the development of a key backend product. You will drive design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, event-driven services on AWS.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript, deep AWS know-how, and the ability to work directly with end users. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Background designing event-driven microservices architectures in production.
• Hands-on work with AWS-hosted platforms.
• Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
• Skill working directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
