Job summary

BairesDev, a global software services company, is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer – Python. You will work on backend systems serving millions of users, designing and building scalable services, and shaping architecture while staying close to code.

You will own features end to end, collaborate with teams, and leverage AWS Serverless, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB in a fully remote setting with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
