BairesDev is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer – Python to join our fully remote team. You will own backend services, design scalable architectures on AWS, and guide data models across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

With 8+ years of backend experience, you will work across microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven systems, while communicating effectively in English and shaping technical direction for global projects.

In this role, you'll bring deep technical expertise to the backend systems behind products serving millions of collectors. What You'll Do

• Proficiency in microservices and event‑driven architecture.


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.


• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
