Amrize in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor, driving people initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and align talent strategies with Amrize’s business goals.

You will lead change management efforts, provide data-driven insights to leaders, oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, collaborate with the COE during performance cycles, and ensure compliance with Colombian labor law.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with 2-3 years as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Deep knowledge in HR generalities (Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Culture, Wellbeing).
• Desirable: Deep knowledge of Colombian Labor Law and social security regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to help leaders make informed decisions regarding their teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Work with the COE during performance management cycles, ensuring a feedback culture.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian Labor Law.

• Work closely with the responsible COE during performance management cycles, ensuring a feedback culture is ingrained and actionable.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in tech or multinational environments.
• Deep knowledge in HR generalities (Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Culture, Wellbeing)
