Nuaav in Colombia is seeking a Data Engineer who enjoys building scalable integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.

You will own integration-focused data solutions, write high-performance SQL, develop Python automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and leverage AI tools.

Formación

• 3–5 years of data or integration experience.
• Fluent in English with international teams.
• Enjoy solving technical problems, not just executing tickets.
• Curious about AI and modern engineering tools.

We're growing our engineering team in Colombia and looking for Data Engineers who enjoy understanding how systems work together, translating business problems into technical solutions, and building scalable integrations that support enterprise operations across multiple platforms.

What you'll own and work on:

• Building integration-focused data solutions.
• Developing complex SQL logic and high-performance transformations.
• Creating Python-based automation and processing components.
• Supporting API-driven and service-based architectures.
• Working closely with Full Stack, Infrastructure, and Integration teams.
• Participating in technical discussions and architecture decisions.
• Leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and delivery.

Your toolbox should include most of these

• SQL (advanced queries, optimization, transformations)
• Python
• APIs and integration patterns
• Distributed systems concepts
• Data modeling and data processing

Outstanding Engineers Would Have:

• You have around 3-5 years of experience building data or integration solutions.
• You can communicate comfortably in English with international teams.
• You enjoy solving technical problems rather than simply executing tickets.
