We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing full stack engineering teams delivering scalable enterprise solutions in the retail domain. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership within a cloud-first environment (Azure).

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can drive architectural decisions, mentor senior engineers, and ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and manage full stack engineering teams.
• Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and development standards.
• Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
• Ensure high code quality, CI/CD best practices, and DevOps maturity.
• Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers.
• Participate in technical design reviews and solution validation.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex production issues.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or team management roles.
• Strong hands-on background in:
• React or Angular
• SQL Server
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise or retail environments.
• Experience with Snowflake
