Coupa is a leader in spend management, seeking a Sr Associate Demo Services Engineer to bridge technology and business outcomes. You will support the sales motion with scalable demos, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and help translate complex capabilities into actionable value for customers.

Formación

• 3+ years in procurement SaaS, pre-sales, functional consulting, or support.
• Deep functional expertise in procurement to pay workflows.
• Experience supporting revenue-generating teams (pre-sales / sales) is a plus.
• Ability to build scalable demo content.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and demo storytelling is a strong plus.
• Role requires working in shifts to support PST time zone coverage.

The Demo Support Engineer is a critical strategic position, serving as the direct link between Coupa's technological innovation and the achievement of revenue goals. Far beyond simple technical support, this role is the core engine ensuring the flawless and scalable delivery of our value proposition.

By empowering the sales organization, the Demo Support Engineer translates complex capabilities into compelling business outcomes. As a force multiplier for the pre-sales motion, the role delivers significant operational leverage, accelerating sales velocity and effectively mitigating deal risk.

• The primary responsibilities will involve providing front-line support, including issue handling and troubleshooting.
• Focus on business support and owning the deal process.
